This book, in some of its parts, may also be useful as a text for learning the language, for example when talking about objects and classes, or above the levels of access (private, public, protected, etc.), only name a few. Of course the implication is that you have already read a smattering of reserved words and concepts of programming in general.
With this tool you can demonstrate you have the skills required of a java programmer, so what does this mean? That you will easily write the code, and you know perfectly how a class and how to access various levels of the objects it contains.
The notes are aching to be counted in the English language it is written, it could be an obstacle for some, and some chapters, such as seven and eight.
Chapter seven, on the threads, I find it confusing and unclear, and I think it is a duty to integrate it with other material, to ensure that the matter in question constitutes a black hole in the examination.
Chapter eight instead has the flaw of being very long compared to the rest of the book, leading the reader to lose concentration and not to focus on the topics, but of course this is my personal opinion.
Enclosed find a CD ROM, containing various supplementary materials to the exam preparation:
- The book in pdf format, to be able to read comfortably on the PC;
- A series of practical tests with questions randomiche to better prepare for the final exam at the center of competence authorized.
